Are your coffee packets premade/ prepared?

No, each packet of coffee you receive is “hand made to order”. We have no coffee packets lying around waiting to be sold. 

 

I have a unique bespoke request for my coffee that I would like to discuss with you? 

We take great pleasure in providing personal coffee blends. We have a bespoke coffee page where you can create a 50-50 blend of any two different coffee beans. However some customers do like to create a mixture of three or four different beans and we are more than happy to do so. Simply drop us an email with your request and we will reply within 24 hours.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit,Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit,MasterCard Debit,Maestro,JCB and Visa Electron. To provide customers with the most secure transactions, all payments are processed through WorldPay, the market leaders in processing online payments.

 

When will payment be taken from my account? 

Your account will be debited once you place your order.

 

How long does it take for my coffee/tea to be ready for dispatch?

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (if the order is placed before 2pm), or the next day at the very latest.

 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer our customers two delivery options:

Royal Mail First Class (Delivered the next working day after dispatch) - £2.95
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Within three working days after dispatch) - £2.49

 

Do you ship/post internationally?

At the moment we are only accepting international orders by telephone. Please email us at info@markuscoffee.com or telephone us on 0207-262-4630 for further information.

 

What shall I do if I have not received my order?

If in the unlikely event you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us immediately. 

 

How can I view my previous orders?

When ordering, if you chose to make an account you can access all previous transactions through the “Account Maintenance” link.

 

Can I also purchase green beans online?
