Guatemalan Coffee
Distinctive and rich in flavour with an intriguing sophistication, Guatemalan coffee is grown in three main areas known as Antigua, Coban and Heuhuetanango, all with their own individual stunning rugged landscape and volcanic soil. Guatemalan beans are grown at altitudes of 4500', sometimes even higher. A medium to full bodied type of coffee, Guatemalan coffee has a subtle chocolatey or to some, even spicy taste to it. Coffee experts describe coffee from Guatemala to be “kaleidoscopic, exceptionally sweet, elegant and powerful”.
