Indian Coffee

India is the only country growing all of its coffee under shade. In one coffee plantation, fifty various  types of shade tree can be found, and they are said to enrich the soil by recycling nutrients from layers deeper below, protecting the coffee plant from seasonal fluctuations in temperature. Indian coffees are exotically aromatic, well balanced and generally mild in taste. The mystical beginnings of coffee in India finds its roots around four hundred years ago, when a legendary saint brought seven beans with him from Yemen, and planted them in the Chandragiri hills. The popularity of India's coffee has grown exponentially ever since, and the country's diverse climate provides wonderful conditions for cultivation of different varieties.
