Refund Policy


At Markus Coffee, we are always striving to provide products of the finest quality. If you are unhappy with the product you receive please email us at info@markuscoffee.com explaining your concerns. We will reply to your email within 24 hours.


If you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. However as all of our coffee and tea are fresh perishable products, they are excluded from this returns policy (in accordance with EU Law).  Our returns address is 13 Connaught Street, London, W2 2AY.
